Allows you to mount 7/8" diameter handle bars on an 1-1/8" (Over Sized) handle bar application. Precisely machined to ensure a perfect fit and excellent clamping surface. Machined with a lip on one side to prevent collars from slipping out of bar mounts while tightening or adjusting handle bars. Made from aircraft aluminium.
