This kit is designed to turn your air fork into a SFF style coil spring fork.
Our new spring conversion kits for WP AER forks have arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the results….
Our brief was simple….raise the bar!
Everything is made from 6061 Aircraft grade aluminium and the sliding components have been treated to “final finished” “Hard Anodising” in order to ensure the lowest friction levels.
Plastic spring seats employ P.O.M. engineering grade plastic that exhibits excellent bearing qualities as well as high temperature and chemical resistance.
I am yet to experience an example from any other manufacturer that moves this well.
The preload setting and adjustment has been made very easy due to the same stepped mechanism as employed by the Dal Soggio Spheres.
It’s a little unfair to hide all this beautiful engineering within the fork leg but at least the cap stands proud above it all.
